Policy
Appointments
New clients are to arrive 10 minutes early before their appointment time to gather information and to use the bathroom if needed. The time of your scheduled appointment is the time your session starts. If you are late the remainder of your scheduled time will be fulfilled.
Cancellation
DEPOSITS ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE AND TRANSFERABLE 12 HOURS (24 HOURS FOR ROOM RENTAL) BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. NO EXCEPTION. No Call, No Show will result in full payment to be paid of next service in order to secure a time slot. My time is valuable and I want to continue to provide the best service as possible. If need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please do so the minimum of 12 hours of appointment time. You are allowed to reschedule once 12 hours before appointment. Results of cancellation under 12 hours is loss of deposit and next appointment must be paid before booking again.
Gift Certificate and Packages
PACKAGES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Gift certificates and packages are valid for 1 year. No Call, No Show will result in forfeit of gift certificate in the amount of service scheduled. If purchased a package deal, one session will be forfeit also. My time is valuable and I want to continue to provide the best service as possible. Draping
During your massage you will have the option to dress down to your comfort level, however there will be a sheet and blanket covering the entire body. Genitals and buttock cleft will be covered the entire session. Ladies feel free to bring yoga pants and tank top if you like and gentlemen feel free to bring gym shorts and t-shirt if need be. Body parts not being worked on at the moment will be completely draped.
Prescribing
Prescribing is out of our scope of practice, if you are having any medical issue that you are sure of please contact your local physician on medication, treatments, and clearance. We do not diagnose any symptoms any client may have.
Room Rentals
Room should be left how found in order to receive security deposit after inspections. NEW AGE PRACTICES AND SERVICES ARE PROHIBITED 🚫
Extra Guest
Because there is not a front desk receptionist extra guest are not allowed to stay in the lobby while you are getting serviced. This is for security purposes and for everyone’s safety in the building. The front door remains locked at all times.
