Policy
Appointments
New clients are to arrive 15 minutes early before their appointment time to fill out paperwork or use the bathroom. The time of your scheduled appointment is the time your session starts. If you are late the remainder of your scheduled time will be fulfilled.
Cancellation
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No Call, No Show will result in full payment to be paid of next service in order to secure a time slot. Our time is valuable and we want to continue to provide the best service as possible. If need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please do so the minimum of 12 hours of appointment time. You are allowed to reschedule once 12 hours before appointment. Results of cancellation under 12 hours is loss of deposit and next appointment must be paid before booking again.
Gift Certificate and Packages
PACKAGES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Gift certificates and packages are valid for 1 year. No Call, No Show will result in forfeit of gift certificate in the amount of service scheduled. If purchased a package deal, one session will be forfeit also. Our time is valuable and we want to continue to provide the best service as possible. If need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please do so the minimum of 12 hours of appointment time. You are allowed to reschedule once 12 hours before appointment. Results of cancellation under 12 hours is loss of deposit and next appointment must be paid before booking again.
Draping
During your massage you will have the option to dress down to your comfort level, however there will be a sheet and blanket covering the entire body. Genitals and buttock cleft will be covered the entire session. Ladies feel free to bring yoga pants and tank top if you like and gentlemen feel free to bring gym shorts and t-shirt if need be. Body parts not being worked on at the moment will be completely draped.
Prescribing
Prescribing is out of our scope of practice, if you are having any medical issue that you are sure of please contact your local physician on medication, treatments, and clearance. We do not diagnose any symptoms any client may have.
Tranquility Salt Room
We do not recommend electronics in the Tranquility Salt Room, salt is a corrosive and there are micro-particles of salt floating around that could get into the electronic devices and may cause damage. Not being attached to electronic devices is therapy so you can enjoy your entire session. There may be other people in the large size room, please do not disturb anyone. You are free to talk to a familiar person but be mindful and respectful of the next person trying to relax. Failure to do so you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded of any funds. We are here to unwind.
